Hi blueberry fans. 2007 was a year to forget. We started out great, with very good picking in late June. The problems started not long after that. No rain would fall. We ended up with about an inch for each of the months of May, June, and July. In June we could coast on April's rain, but by July the bushes were giving up and saving themselves for another year. We did sell berries off and on, but anyone who's been to our farm knows they were nothing like a good year.
Now it's August and we've already had 8 inches of rain. What can you do!
Come and see us next year starting late June.
